LEVEL VANCOUVER YALETOWN - SEYMOUR, Vancouver – Your ideal downtown stay

The hotel was fantastic! The rooms always went above and beyond to meet our needs, comfy and roomy, just a tad bit dark even with all the lights on but still perfect, and the FREE underground parking was a huge bonus. The location was excellent, in a live area of the city with everything at walking distance. Unfortunately, there was a moment where the service was inappropriate and unkind to the situation.

The hotel is perfectly situated close to everything you might need, although there are some homeless people around. The rooms are lovely, but a bit dark despite having all the lights on; however, they were generally clean except for the floors. The service was above average, although there was a small hiccup with our cleaning schedule. The location is excellent and bustling, near various amenities, but you might encounter homeless individuals. Overall, a good value for money.
