excellent Apartment Hotel stay
smiling staff outfitted kitchen gourmet ingredient
The professional staff were always smiling. the kitchen was fully outfitted. This enabled us to cook meals there. nesters grocery next door met all our shopping needs, from gourmet ingredients TO the basics.

excellent apartment stay
sauna facility spacious wardrobe dryer machine
the facilities were great. the gym, sauna, pool, and spa deck offered a lovely way to relax. the apartment had two large storage rooms, functioning as wardrobes. the bathroom was very spacious and included a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.
i found no daily servicing of the apartment provided, with towels only available upon request at the counter.

the staff readily provided detergent at the counter. they responded quickly to requests? and they were available to assist with any queries i had .

The suite featured a well-equipped kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils. crisp white bedsheets covered the beds. firm pillows were provided for comfortable sleep. Everything was well-kept.

while the hotel lacks an on-site restaurant, its central location means many restaurants surround it. they are within a ten-minute walk. this makes dining out convenient and diverse.

missing bedding limited service
I experienced some issues . The fold-out couch lacked bedding and I had to get it myself. I also had to carry the towels to my room, because no cleaning staff was available. This lack of service didn't feel up to par considering how expensive the stay was.

FANTASTIC stay, definitely recommend
full kitchen washing machine efficient team
The apartment was well equipped with a full kitchen. I appreciated having a washing machine and dryer. The concierge team was very friendly and efficient, made check-in easy. The building was new and maintained to a high standard.

The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, including pots, pans, and utensils. There was also a dishwasher. The supermarket opposite the building was SO convenient.

My suite was spacious and well-furnished. It included a large closet and a comfortable bed. The bathroom had ample counter space and a good shower with PLENTY of hot water.

The building featured a lovely open-air jacuzzi pool. I noticed the fitness center with modern equipment. The laundry facilities worked VERY well and helped me to keep clothes clean.

The location was central and within walking distance of various restaurants and shops. BC Place was easily accessible from the hotel. I could walk to the downtown area.

excellent apartment with great amenities
full kitchen laundry detergent close location
i found the apartment spacious and well-equipped. it included a full kitchen with all necessary appliances. the in-suite laundry with detergent provided was convenient. i liked that the location was close to the train station.
the sofa bed was quite hard, making it uncomfortable for sleeping.

Underwhelming Stay, Despite Location
missing bedding lacking table
The location was close to many restaurants.
I stayed in August and found the fold-out couch lacked bedding. I had to get it myself. There was no staff available. The suite also lacked a table despite its full kitchen.

equipped kitchen great pool
the two-bedroom beautiful apartment was very roomy. the kitchen had everything we needed. i loved the hot tub but the pool was great too!
the sheer disappointment on my significant other's face when we entered the suite was a letdown.
